Loaded Crescent Bites

An easy appetizer to serve at football games, holiday gatherings, and more!

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag backyard grilled potatoes thawed
  • ¼ Cup finely chopped cheddar cheese
  • ½ Cup cooked bacon bits
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 1 Can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 1/3 Cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line 2 baking sheets with foil and grease with cooking spray.
  • Mash potatoes, but leave in chunky bits.
  • Mix in cheese, bacon bits and the milk.
  • Unroll dough onto cutting board and press into 14×8-inch rectangle.
  • Firmly press perforations to seal.
  • Spread mixture evenly across crescent rolls and tightly roll up dough.
  • Press to seal. Cut into 14 slices.
  • Place slices cut side up onto greased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Leave to cool for 5 minutes and then top each slice with sour cream. Serve and enjoy.
